A former Niger Delta Militant, Asari Dokubo, has said he was
one of those who opposed the #EndSARS protests against police brutality in
2020.

He described the protest as “madness and nonsense”.

Dokubo who spoke in a recent interview with Channels TV,
also accused the detained leader of the Indigenous People of Biafra, IPOB,
Nnamdi Kanu of fueling the protests.

He said releasing Kanu amounts to injustice, stressing that
he should be made to face the law for instigating gruesome killings in the
South East region.

Dokubo said, “When the madness they called End SARS started,
I was one of the people vocal, opposed to that nonsense called End SARS.
