Governor El-rufai have continued his Urban renewal project across all three senetorial zones which are zone 1(Zaria axis or northern kaduna), zone 2(kaduna axis or central kaduna) and zone 3 (kafanchan axis or southern kaduna).
El-rufai shows no sign of slowing down on his ambitions.
This is the former leventis round-about which have been completed reconstructed into an underpass.
