Governor of Lagos State, Mr Sanwo-olu gives updates on the situation in the State especially on the 2nd Wave, this is the first Covid19 address for the Year 2021.
SCHOOLS : Governor Sanwo-olu says the decision to open schools was a very difficult one and that the office of the office of quality assurance in the Ministry of Education will continue to monitor the situation for the long term development pupils.
SHOCKING STATS ON SCHOOLS: Governor Sanwo-olu says from the First Wave till now when schools were closed at first .. 24,000 children have not come back to to school in Lagos State.. says decision is also not cast in stone and reviews continue.
OXYGEN UPDATE: Governor Sanwo-olu says [b]a new oxygen plant will be in LASUTH Ikeja which will produce 200 cylinders per day and another one at Gbagada General Hospital which has the same capacity as the one in Yaba IDH.
