If the Committee in its wisdom has valid reasons why an Aspirant shouldn’t proceed to the primaries it is only a matter of decorum that we allow them tender same. There is also an Appeal committee that is there to double check on such reasons.
This idea of supposed Party faithfuls coming out to hit up the polity based on agitative speculations is antithetical to good Party conduct.
Do not be caught in this fray.
And when you try so hard to portray what is within the ambit of legality as not, then you cannot talk about fairness and transparency in same breath. The law is fair and Transparent in its corpus and must be in its execution. What the agitators may need to work on is their emotions, which, fortunately has no place under the current situation.
